SUMMARY

The Service Desk is responsible for 24x7 monitoring of customer and corporate IT Systems. This position is responsible for assisting troubleshooting and triage of incidents and ensuring that such incidents are escalated appropriately and followed-through to resolution in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for assisting in the creation and addition of relevant documentation to our knowledge bases that are utilized by our remote field service engineers and internal staff. Primary Responsibilities

Banyan Medical Systems is seeking an experienced Software Quality Control Engineer who is interested in testing new and existing production software. This position will be a key member of the R&D department and will help define the process and procedures. This position will be responsible for the testing of all aspects of our products including Web, mobile, and desktop interfaces. Ideal candidates will have in-depth experience in each of those environments and be proficient in creating and maintaining test plans. Knowledge of the current functionalities associated with health care information systems a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes to carefully planned methods and other assessment procedures to identify system defects prior to release and deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

Field Service Engineer - Green Bay, Wisconsin

Summary

The position will learn the Banyan products and assist customers with daily configuration, how-to and break/fix functions. The position will also perform all preventative and corrective maintenance service and may include installation, troubleshooting, and HW break fix through the support of our network operations center located in Omaha Nebraska. This includes support for Widows server, workstations, PDU’s, UPS, network switches, and audio video integration components.

This position is responsible for providing on-site support directly within operating, observation, consulting, patient and other hospital rooms. Support is provided to physicians, OR manager and directors, OR nurses, and other medical professionals.

Candidate must have excellent people skills and be able to perform applications training. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, and perform on-call duties and be willing to travel. This position will work remotely by supporting local hospital(s) in the city in which it was posted.
